In July I went with my family to Cazorla, Jaén. We were a week, there is not much coverage there, so you can be relaxed and clear your mind.  In the camping site where we stayed there is a pool whose water is very cold but when you've been in for a while you get used to it. There is a river with different places where you can swim and chill out and also there are some rocks you can jump into the water from.  If you don't like swimming much, there are some rutes to go walking or running as you like. Most places are near the camping so you can go walking and you don't have to use the car. But there are places that are so far away from the camping site that you  have to use the car if you want to go there because if not you would have to walk for 5 or more hours and I'm sure that nobody would like that. In my opinion it is the best place to go on holiday because you are relaxed, without any mobile phones, doing routes, swimming and much more things. That was the best week ...
