  RAFA NADAL In his free time he usually reads books, plays football, plays computer games with his friends, goes fishing and watches movies. His favourite actors are Denzel Washington and Morgan Freeman and his favourite movie is Gladiator. He usually trains 6 to 8 hours a day and he also does physical exercises. Rafa Nadal follows a diet basically based on large amounts of complex carbohydrates that removes them from whole-grain pasta, vegetables and fresh fruit. Martín Toledo López 1°B

  When Rafa Nadal plays tennis, he usually wears: a hair band on the head, two wristbands, one on each arm, Nike T-shirts , shorts, some long and light socks , a pair of sneakers and a smart watch on the right arm. Martín Toledo López 1ºB
